THE 5 BEST ESCAPE ROOM STRATEGIES

Escape Rooms Dublin - 5 Escape Room Strategies Everyone in Dublin Should Know | Escape Boats

Escape rooms can be challenging. Many groups fail to escape. There’s no such thing as stupid people; it’s just a matter of strategy. I used to have a small bedroom when I was a child. As a young, naive, and innocent student, I didn’t know what to do for the best room escapes in NWI first 15 minutes. Needless to say, we did not succeed. However, I noticed that some things worked in certain rooms, while others did not. Escaping a room is not that difficult. It’s just a matter of knowing what to do. Follow these 10 tips to make your escape a success!

This is the first. We need a great team.

The most important thing is who you know, not what you know. It’s important to play with good people. Finding smart people isn’t the most important thing. Playing with people you like is more important. With 3 minutes left, you’re likely to be freaking out with your last hint, scrambling around with these people. Which one would you prefer? Picking an appropriate group size is also important. You may want to have around 4 to 6 people in some rooms since they hold up to 8 (or even 10). With just one other person or by yourself, it is almost impossible to beat a room. The puzzles are too challenging for just one person. In contrast, eight people yelling frantically in a 15-ft.-by-15-ft. room is going to confuse things and give you a headache. Find a happy medium. It is not a good date idea to do an escape room, though a double date might be fun…

The second is. BE ON TIME AND PLAN AHEAD

This is due to a simple reason. To beat it, you must put your mental energy into it. This is no easy task. When you enter the room, all the energy you spent racing to the escape room, looking for parking, or asking the store where you are going to leave you tired. We want you to feel fresh and ready to go. Thus, make your reservation a few days before your scheduled game, and arrive 15 minutes early.

The third point. BE POSITIVE FROM THE OUTSET

What a difference this makes! Be confident, but don’t be cocky. Don’t give up. If you get stuck on something for a few minutes and need a clue, don’t get frustrated. Be friendly with your teammates. Introduce yourself and get to know each other if you’re playing with strangers. Be friendly, excited, and helpful, because you will all be working toward the same goal.

Four. Become familiar with the room’s rules

It is vital that you do this. Certain items may be off limits. When they are disrupted, it can mess up a puzzle and result in lost time because confusion arises as to why the device isn’t working. There may need to be a game master present to fix the issue. Time and momentum are lost as a result. The number of clues you get and the length of the game are also important factors. You should also pay attention to the way clues are given. Each company provides help in a different way.

Five. BE CONSCIOUS OF THE TIME

In an escape room, an hour flies by very quickly. When you set out to play a couple of games at 9 PM, you looked at the clock and realized it was 1 AM. What happened? Watch the timer closely in the escape room because it’s going to be just like that. Additionally, it helps determine when to ask for a clue.
